Level1Kundalini Yoga Aquarian Teacher Training

This course offers a comprehensive and deep understanding of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, Vedic Healing and White Tantric Yoga. Monthly 18-hour sessions will be conducted Friday evenings 6:00 – 9:00, Saturdays 8:30 – 5:00 and Sundays 8:30 – 3:00. During the second weekend of each month from September 2023 to June 2024, 200 hours of training will include Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Aquarian Age and awakening the consciousness, postures, kriyas, pranayama (breath), chakras, Naadis (energy channels), Naad (Sound & Mantra), 10 Yogic Bodies & effective teaching techniques. Trainees will receive 3 required manuals and membership in the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA).
