PRE-CLASS INSTRUCTION: Avoid eating for 2 hours before class and wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in. Filtered water is available. Students should bring your own mat, pillow, shawl, water container, or may use ours. 

Sundays at 9 amKundalini Yoga for Every Day Energy (All levels)  Beginners welcome! In this two-hour journey, Blooming with Genni/Kirty Ananda Kaur combines the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga with accessible tools for daily empowerment. Her classes are grounded in compassion, clarity and unwavering commitment to helping you strengthen your aura, expand your energy and step into your most radiant self. Come awaken your energy in a safe, supportive space and take home tools for your week ahead!

Sundays at 11:30 am – “Somatic Integration” Post-Yoga Discussion (All levels)  We gather as a community in the Peace Garden to discuss how your yoga practice is living in your body. Whether you’re buzzing with joy, cracking open emotionally, or just curious about what the kriyas have stirred, this discussion circle is for naming what’s real, noticing what’s shifting and letting it move through you. Journals available. Free to the public!

Mondays at 9 amKundalini Yoga & Meditation (All levels) Start your week with clarity & vitality. Karta Purkh Singh leads an uplifting, breath-centered practice that blends movement and meditation to energize your body and calm your mind, perfect for all levels. Mondays at 7 pmWomen’s Kundalini Yoga & Meditation  (All levels) Restore your feminine radiance with Sat Inder Kaur, MSW, in this soulful class open to all levels. Online classes available, please call ahead for link and more information.

Tuesdays at 6 pm Kundalini Practice for Self-Love (All levels) Fall in love with yourself all over again. Join Genn Kirty Ananda for a heart-opening session that nurtures inner peace, emotional healing, and radiant balance. The perfect midweek reset for mind, body, and soul. 

Thursdays at 6:30 pmKundalini Yoga & Meditation with Sound Bath (All levels)  Unwind, restore, and renew. This gentle yet invigorating class facilitated by a guest sound healer invites both beginners and seasoned yogis to let the vibes move you, stretch, breathe and relax together in community. Enjoy gentle kriyas, meditative stillness, and the healing resonance of Singing Bowls. A perfect blend of rejuvenating sound and calm. 

Fridays at 6:30 pmKundalini Yoga for Everyone (All levels) Ease into your weekend with this all-levels class led by Sat Inder Kaur. Each session includes energizing kriyas and soothing meditations to release the week’s stress and align you to the days ahead.

Saturdays at 9:00 amKundalini Yoga & Meditation (All levels)  Kick off your Saturday with joy and vitality! Join devoted Kundalini yoga & meditation teacher Sat Avtar Kaur for a rhythmic, breath-filled class that gets your body moving and your spirit lifted. A weekend essential for your well-being.
