Class Schedule
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It combines movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to help you feel more energized, balanced, and connected in daily life. Each class is open to all levels and offers practical tools to carry into your week for greater clarity, vitality, and peace of mind.
PRE-CLASS INSTRUCTION: Avoid eating for 2 hours before class and wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in. Filtered water is available. Students should bring your own mat, pillow, shawl, water container, or may use ours.
Sundays at 9 am – Kundalini Yoga for Every Day Energy with Kirti Ananda Kaur (Genni) (All levels) Start your week with renewed vitality. Breath, movement, and meditation energize your body, strengthen your aura, and leave you ready for the week ahead. Beginners and experienced students welcome.
Mondays at 9 am – Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Karta Purkh Singh (All Levels) Start your week with balance and clarity. This breath-centered class blends movement and meditation to energize your body and calm your mind. In-person and online options available, call ahead for the link
Mondays at 7 pm – Women’s Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Sat Inder Kaur, MSW (All Levels) A supportive space for women to restore energy and reconnect with inner strength. Sat Inder Kaur guides a soulful practice of movement, breath, and meditation to awaken feminine radiance. Online option available, please call ahead for the link.
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm – Kundalini Yoga for Self-Love with Kirti Ananda Kaur (Genni) (All Levels) A heart-opening practice to reconnect with yourself and cultivate inner peace. Through movement, breath, and meditation, Genni offers a midweek reset that supports emotional healing, balance, and self-compassion.
Wednesdays at 6:00 pm – Cosmic Kundalini with Dhruv Singh (All Levels) Align your energy with the rhythms of the cosmos. Dhruv Singh blends Kundalini Yoga with Vedic Astrology, offering movement, breath, and meditation practices tuned to current planetary influences. Explore how the stars can guide your weekly energy and intention.
Thursdays at 6:30 pm – Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Sound Bath (All Levels) Unwind and restore your energy in this gentle, rejuvenating practice. Guided by a guest sound healer, the class combines Kundalini kriyas, meditation, and the healing resonance of singing bowls to help you stretch, breathe, and relax in community. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Fridays at 6:30 pm – Kundalini Yoga for Everyone with Sat Inder Kaur (All Levels) Ease into your weekend with movement, breath, and meditation designed for all levels. Sat Inder Kaur guides energizing kriyas and calming meditations to release stress and restore balance for the days ahead.
Saturdays at 8:30 am – Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Dhruv Singh (All Levels) Start your weekend with a full-length practice designed to strengthen the nervous system and support mental and emotional well-being. Dhruv Singh guides kriyas and meditations that help you elevate, heal, and find balance.
