Class Schedule
Sundays at 9 am – Class for Absolute Beginners by Karta Purkh Singh, MEd. who shares Yogi Bhajan’s teachings for newcomers to Kundalini Yoga. Davy Langerak, who specializes in sound current, teaches the first Sunday of each month. Experienced students who are restarting their practice are also welcome.
Mondays at 9 am – Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for all levels, Karta Purkh Singh and Cat Blogin/Meher Kaur teach online and in person. Call 816-561-5337 in advance if you plan to attend online.
Mondays at 7 pm – Women’s Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Sat Inder Kaur MSW teaches online & in person for all levels. Singing Bowls deepen the relaxation and healing process. Call 816-561-5337 in advance if you plan to attend online.
Tuesdays at 7 pm – Kundalini Practice for Self-Love – Meditation & singing bowls with Willa Gwyn. Bring love back into your heart & rediscover your balance. Contact 816-729-1215.
Thursdays at 7 pm – Yoga & Meditation with Gongs or Singing Bowls. Satya Jaijot Kaur/Jeanette Simmons, RN teaches a relaxing Yoga set and plays the Gongs or Singing Bowls to produce self-healing.
Fridays at 6:30 pm – Kundalini Yoga for Self- knowledge. Sat Inder Kaur teaches Yoga Kriyas & Meditation to help get your weekend off to a good start.
Saturdays at 9:00 am – Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Karta Purkh Singh. Friendly, rhythmic & breath-worthy. Karta Purkh Singh is certified in Gong Healing and Singing Bowls.
Avoid eating for 2 hours before class and wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in. Filtered water is available. Students should bring your own mat, pillow, shawl, water container, or may use ours.
